1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://truepathedu.com or enrolling in any tutoring program offered by Treeline Heritage Group LLC dba True Path Educational Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

True Path Educational Solutions provides personalized online tutoring services in Math, Reading, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for children in grades 3–6. All sessions are conducted virtually via video conferencing. Session availability, scheduling, and plan details are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

Our tutoring services are intended for children ages 3–12. All enrollment, booking, and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving services.

4. Enrollment & Payment

• Payment is due before services begin. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment has been received and confirmed.
• Monthly tutoring plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• Sibling discount pricing applies to additional children enrolled in the same plan by the same family.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• All services are by appointment only. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your next renewal date.
• Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the renewal date will take effect at the end of that billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions within a billing period.

6. Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Session reschedules and cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without credit or refund.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, lesson materials, and curriculum — is the property of Treeline Heritage Group LLC dba True Path Educational Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results. Individual progress varies based on many factors including the child's effort, consistency, and learning needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treeline Heritage Group LLC dba True Path Educational Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
